Port Dimensions

SAE style Zero-Leak Gold Plugs are interchangeable with plugs used in SAE J1926 standard ports and the metric style are interchangeable with metric plugs used in ISO 6149 standard ports. Port drawings are provided below.  A major advantage to the Zero-Leak Gold Plugs is NO SPECIAL PORT TOOLING REQUIRED…they are designed to be within the standard port configuration.

PORT CONTOUR CUTTING TOOLS
