Problem:
Vibration caused plug to back out completely ceasing effectiveness of equipment.
Use Description
The plugs are used in conjunction with water and sewer line cleaning equipment. The "spray" plug in the nozzle would back out and become separated from the housing resulting in a loss of pressure and cleaning effectiveness. The operation would have to shut down until the plug was located and replaced.
Solution
Zero-Leak Gold Plugs were modified to create a spray pattern at the nozzle end of the cleaning fixture.
Results
The Zero-Leak Gold Plug remains in place allowing for the cleaning to continue without shut downs for missing parts.
